I needed to go to the Orthopaedic Clinic for a check up of my Hip Replacement . Outpatients was very busy but everything was handled very efficiently , things were running late ,which is pretty much inevitable when everybody wants time with the consultants . The white board was updated so people knew how many minutes they could expect to wait . Well Done !!

We were pleased to hear that you had a good experience and everything was handled efficiently. As you state in your posting, it is a busy clinic and often there are delays which cannot always be avoided. We do try to keep patients updated about delays in the clinic so I am delighted to hear that the board in clinic was kept updated.
