"Haematology department"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

For the second clinic running had an appointment 1:10 today no doctors in evidence at 1:30 spoke to the nurse who was clearly embarrassed that nobody had advised them how late they were running in addition it was communicated to me that they had patients from the morning clinic that they still had to see - apparently the doctors we having a working lunch ! Little consideration for patients, poor communications - Exactly the same thing happened on my previous appointment - running 3 hours late! Why make appointments if you can't mange - it is most certainly the last clinic that I shall attend - I will get my platelet reading checked out by my GP - extremely poor customer service by the doctors
