"Outpatient physio depratment"

I escorted my elderly mother to the outpatient physio department this morning and received 5 star treatment. From the receptionist to the very capable Physiotherapist all staff and volunteers were kind, helpful, efficeient and professional in their job roles. The area is very clean and clutter free. Mom received excellent advise and was shown how to perform exercises to help her condition and given a fact sheet to help her remember how to do them at home. We were seen very close to our appointment time and feel that we had a very good experience.
