"Coronary unit"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Can't fault the coronary unit, hopefully going home today, my stay and the care I have received have been outstanding, the team in the unit are a shining example of what the NHS could achieve if only they listened to the staff on the ground who both understand the customers needs and that of their own ward. It was very clear that every member of the team on the CCU without exception are committed to providing services that meet expectation despite the unnecessary cut backs, it's about time that trusts and the government alike spent quality time listening to their teams on the front line they are committed skilled and have knowledge that would be invaluable in helping manage none effective processes that add little or no value to the overall care program, and of course cost. Thanks you to all the team
