I came to LGI a&e department today and was overwhelmed by how helpful and caring the staff were.They went our of their way to help me and prevented me from waiting by ensuring I saw the same nurse again. They were really friendly and personable and all the team worked together so well and were being incredibly caring when I was being a bit of a baby!
