"Falls in the bathroom"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Community Rehabilitation

(as the patient),

I fell in the bathroom and broke some fingers in my hand. I was having problems with my balance and around the home.

Hannah, Helen and Anita from the Community rehabilitation team came to help me and with their help I managed to get back on my feet again. I know I'm never going to be perfect but they helped me get as good as I can be and I'm trying to improve everyday.
