"A & E"

My elderly mother was brought into A & E by ambulance. Her journey through A & E and finally into the observation ward went very smoothly. I am in awe of the staff and wish I could have half of their patience! They seem very laid back and initially it seems as if you have been forgotten but this is their art of keeping cool and thinking on their feet. On looking back when the ordeal is over and I myself have come down off the ceiling, I can only praise their expertise. You have to be a very special person to work in A & E.
