What I liked
GeorgePerkins ward has a nice location and amazing view. It is a spacious ward too. The hospital is large and is easy to get to
What could be improved
Friendliness of the sisters/ nurses in charge. They were mostly aloof and dismissive and not very supportive towards the junior nurses. One nurse in particular was quite aggressive to the porters and cleaners. The doctors were okay but always had problems finding notes..can this be improved?
Anything else?
encourage happiness!

We're sure it can be improved. It is not enough that the standards of our clinical care are excellent - the attitudes of staff to patients should be excellent too. Please accept our apologies that this wasn't the case for you.
