How is anyone on hold for 2 hours and no one picks up the call? All you keep hearing is you are next inline for 2 whole hours?! It is an appointment booking line, your appointment is not over the phone. what happens if you have to contact the hospital in an emergency? This is wrong and unconscionable. I am obviously a patient person or it would not have taken me two hours before I gave up. Sort out your phone lines, it is a serious problem!
