"Very impressed - thank you"

My friend was transferred from a large 'local' hospital and she looked so very very ill. A few days later she is looking much better and having wonderful care by staff that have got to know her and actually care for her as an individual person. She is much more comfortable and happier. The staff were very accommodating allowing us to visit out of normal visiting hours and were very friendly. I just felt the need to say thank you so much.
