Emergency A+E visit with unexpected baby illness delivered to A+E via Ambulance. Total staff professionalism, reassuring and got our baby out of trouble and on the mend ASAP. Then onto the Paeds ward for a few nights stay. Again total staff professionalism with efficient clinical management of our baby without fuss or undue drama. Involved us in all decision making steps by providing clear and timely information in a relaxed, confident manner. Now back home with a well again and very happy smiling baby. Feel totally confident in the whole team + hospital we encountered. Thank you ever so much. Feedback opportunities plentiful at all stages / all depts during our stay. - Overall top class.

As the Ward Manager I am delighted that your stay with us was such a positive experience and appreciate the time you have taken to give us this feedback. The staff on Ward 1 always strive to give the best care possible and also involve parents/carers as much as they can.
