"No after care"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

A & E staff were excellent Ward staff were good but after care is ridiculous. Broke a shoulder, wrist, my heel and ankle and have never had any follow ups. I got a letter about my wrist six week later and told them about my shoulder and had to have an operations straight away as the bone was in the wrong place. Nobody seems bothered about my broken foot.
