What I liked The day I was discharged even though no-one knew what was wrong with me and I was sent home in agony. What could be improved? I was not treated with dignity and respect There was little or no communication between shift changes this is essential my notes, it turns out are innacurate. I was told there was no such thing as an internal referal between departments. nursing staff failed to inform relevent person to book scans etc thus delaying discharge. Anything else? I am still waiting for my complaint to be resolved, I am very disapionted with the NHS in the 21st centuary
