My father was recently treated for cataracts at the Ophthalmology department at the Conquest. For all of his appointments he was treated with respect and all of his concerns and questions answered patiently and clearly in appropriate language. On the day of his surgery, there was a good relaxed atmosphere in the day care room, with patients sitting together and chatting in a nice bright cheerful room, I am sure this eased the nerves of many patients, after a quick procedure he left feeling fully supported should he have any concerns or problems. Finally he had one query a couple of weeks after treatment and once again the staff he spoke to were, polite and friendly and phoned him back with answers very promptly. We can not speak highly enough about his care and treatment Thank You.
