"A very good Hospital but?"

A very good Hospital but? Burnham on Sea Hospital is very clean and the nursing staff are exhalant, as is the treatment; more than I can say for some of the reception staff who, think that they own the place and they talk down to us as if hold the purse strings. Numerous times I have asked for an extra card of hearing-aid batteries as I was going on holiday, to be told that they were in short supply and they could only give me one because on occasions they run out. Surly a hospital in an area with a large population of older folk should stock more? In the last twelve months I have had to purchase three battery cards! and I still pay far too much tax even though I am retired. Burnham Hospital this is just not good enough!
