"ent department"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

was seen in e,n ,t department to day, the nurse a was seen by was disgraceful, arrogant pulling silly faces when i responded to his questions, he had asked, then would just talk over me loudly and just did not care, i have panic attacks, and when i had a panic attack , he was very stroppy. am wondering how did he end up being a nurse when hes got no patient skills at all, same thing happend to me when i had to take my son to a,e, they were very stroppy un careing and had an attitude, the nhs staff want to be treated with respect, yet they treat me like dirt, i can say now that i wont be returning to this hospital again,

We're so sorry to hear that you've had a bade experience at the hospital. We'd welcome the chance to look into what went wrong, if you could contact our PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) on 0800 953 0667 or pals@ghnt.nhs.uk to provide some more details.
