"injured hand /wrist"

About: Hemel Hempstead Hospital

I went to the unit around 8.45 a.m and whilst there was some waiting time it was not unreasonable and there were a coupe of children who were rushed through. I saw a doctor, radiologist and nurse all were polite efficient and explained clearly what they were going to be doing etc. the receptionist was very helpful too. only minor irritation was that having been told I would get an appointment with the fracture clinic for 7-10 days ahead this turned out to be over two weeks

Thank you for taking the time to let us have feedback about the care you received from our urgent care centre (UCC) at Hemel Hempstead Hospital and for giving us a four star rating. I'd like to start by apologising for the delay in you receiving an appointment for our fracture clinic. I have raised this with the team. I am of course very pleased to hear that you were happy with your care and the support you received from different members of the department. I have passed your kind comments on to the different teams you mentioned and I know they will be pleased. Thank you again for your feedback. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need to.
