After experiencing a dislocation and fracture, staff were very efficient in resolving the issue, ensuring that they knew exactly what the problem was and relieving the pain of the dislocation. After treatment, staff were very helpful in arranging aftercare and showed concern that the right treatment would be received. All in all staff were thoroughly helpful!
