From the moment I arrived at a&e until I was discharged 12 days later from Gundulph Ward I can say that the treatment I received was excellent. I was processed through triage and then a&e inside of 1hr. I was given food and drink while waiting to be admitted to a ward. On the ward I found everyone looked after me well and I saw that the staff were well aware of which patients needed personal care with eating, drinking and personal hygiene. This hospital gets a lot of bad press which in my opinion is not justified. I would like to thank and congratulate everyone.
