What I liked
the diagnostic services are excellent. I had blood tests, chest x-ray and ECG as a walk in patient within 1 hour. I also had tests at the Heart Hospital which were prompt and efficient. Staff were friendly, polite and communicative.
What could be improved
My preceding visit to A&E was very extended. I was processed through triage quickly but I had a very long wait after initial tests (bloods and ECG) for a consultation. I was then seen only by a F2 trainee doctor and would have wished to have seen a more senior doctor.
Anything else?
I am disappointed to see that UCH does not respond to comments on the website. Other hospitals such as Royal Free respond to every comment.
