"Very Disappointed"

I was highly disappointed with the service received at the hospital, I've had just 2 antenatal appointments and I'm so disappointed I'm switching hospitals. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. When having my scan this was meant to be an exciting experience the guy doing the scan made me feel so intimated I was afraid to even ask questions. Its clear most of the staff there are not happy this can be the only reason why they would treat patients with such disrespect. The only people who did treat me well was the guy taking bloods and one of the Senior midwives. When with the Senior midwife we were interrupted every 10 minutes with people coming to ask her questions, I really had to wonder if she is the only one who knows whats going on there. I feel very uncomfortable to have a baby here where you cannot even have an assessment without constantly being interrupted. New building but poor service, I won't be coming here again regardless that its on my doorstep I'd rather travel and get the service. This is my second pregnancy so there are some basic information and service I would expect, I'm highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this hospital for maternity services at all!
