"Absolute patient care and consideration!"

I've been under various consultants and medical staff at the BRI and have always experienced the up-most care, consideration and compassion. However, today far exceeded my expectations. The consultant radiologist and the Nurse who accompanied him, has an exemplary bedside manner and both was extremely careful, considerate and cheerful through-out a complex and potentially painful procedure. The team-work that the practitioners demonstrated ensured that I was comfortable at all times and enabled me to have a very positive experience. I left smiling despite the big needles!
