"Difficulty getting hold of the appointments department "

About: Manor Hospital

(as the patient),

I am sick to death of being put through by the operator. After a total of 3 hours 52 minutes, we have still not got hold of anyone to speak to. Right brassed off. This feels like such a waste of time. I would like Walsall Manor to be investigated, to show the truth about what a terrible service they offer!

We're sorry to hear that you've had trouble getting through on the phone, this is clearly not the length of time you should be expected to wait to speak to somebody.
