"No Help at all"

About: Royal Free Hospital

It's now over 1 year I have to go to Pain management Clinic and get all the Time either no Appointments or wrong Appointments where no one is there. Either they promise to set up Appointments and ignore to do so or they give you Appointments when the Clinic is closed! Also if you call them they promise you will get a call back and what happens? Either they ignore to call back or even let someone else call back who has no Clue what is going on!
