"Very poor services"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Two weeks ago I was sent to A&E by my GP, I got there at 09:30am. I was looked after very well in A&E but I was told I was going to be admitted on to ward 6 for further tests. A nurse to me upto ward 6 at about 13:00pm and was then left in a waiting room for the rest of the day only to see a porter that took me for an ultrasound scan. After that I was taken back to the ward and left again in the waiting room until eventually after kicking off and making a big fuss was I then taken to a bed to wait for the doctor to see me. I was then sent home at 18.30pm. with nothing explained to me at all and then told to go back to my GP if there was no change. There was no change so I rung my GP who told me they couldn’t help me that’s why I sent you to the hospital. I have been trying to get hold off my consultant form Monday last week and can never get though. I would just like to ask what am i ment to do now? Help is needed..
