"Fantastic care given here better than private by..."

This is by far the best care I have ever recieved in hospital and unfortunately I have been to a number of hospitals including Warrington, Wigan, Whiston, Glan Clwyd, Halton and Private Spire hospitals and RAF medical centers. I was admitted to MAU where my main care was provided by an extremely professional nurse. His and everyone else's bedside manner were exceptional and they all made me feel secure for the duration of my stay and made sure I wanted for nothing. He kept me in the loop the whole time about what was going on and what would be happening next with my treatment and staff listened to my views and wishes and although the ward was busy it was run very efficiently. Someone always had time for me if I was in need of anything and they all encouraged me to use the bell. And just another thing that I thought was a nice touch... They bring ice in your water :)
