"incorrect diagnosis"

All nursing and reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, unfortunately we received an in correct diagnosis of my husbands injury on both occasions we visited A&E. He had a prolapsed disc in his neck causing nerve compression and extreme pain but was diagnosed with a torn muscle. I did request an MRI on both occasions. this is obviously a serious condition and should not have been missed. I would suggest a review of attending doctors notes to see why they got it so wrong.
