"Minor Injury"

My 3 year old fell and cut his head at home, we visited Malvern hospital and were assessed immediately. Both female nurses treated us with respect and were very friendly. They reassured an anxious mother and provided the highest standard of care for my son. We were processed so efficiently we didn't have to pay for parking. Such a brilliant resource, this is a prime example of the NHS at it's best. Thank you so much!
