"Visit to ENT Clinic 17th April"

Today I attended your ENT clinic following a referral from my GP to investigate an apparent small lump in my neck. The service was superb from start to finish. The fact that all possibilities were investigated within less than three hours and it was possible to come away with a complete diagnosis must show just how effective this clinic is. I cannot speak highly enough of the efficiency of the operation. I can imagine in days gone by having to revisit for such things as scans - but no - the whole thing done and dusted at one visit. Brilliant and big thanks to all.
