"They were so kind to me"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I fell in a restaurant and this made my hip very sore. We managed to stop the bleeding so I went home to my sister in laws. 2 paramedics Richard Walker and Tim Needham came to her house and stitched my hip up. They were so kind to me and their care was fantastic. I am so very grateful to them.

Dear Janis18

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients, and their families, when they need us most.

I would like to be able to pass your thanks onto the staff who came to your aid. In order to do this I will need to know the date and address that the ambulance attended. Could I ask you to contact me, at your convenience, at laura.martin@swast.nhs.uk?

Kind regards
