"Sectioned - surprisingly not the worst experience..."

I have longstanding trauma-based mental health problems. Sectioning was inevitable at some point during crisis and today it happened. Treated with exceptional courtesy and respect and my needs met with the best possible outcome. Very grateful for being treated well and appropriately.

Dear anonymous

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. It is heartening to hear that in what must have been a very worrying time for you that our staff treated you in such a courteous and respectful way. It would be great to be able to share your comments with the staff concerned so if you wanted to tell me the ward or service in question I could pass on your kind words.

Regards

Bill
