"Getting an appointment!"

GP (and myself chasing) have sent 4 referrals through to appointments at Solihull/Heartlands and they keep saying they haven't received it - so fed up with a terrible service - how do you possibly get an appointment at clinic I'd be glad to hear from anyone? Now on the cusp of making a formal complaint. Lots of people are working in this service (I know as I think I've spoken to them all!), they may want to look at currently procedures which are so ineffective? Result is that patient has now been waiting 9 weeks to even get a referral at a clinic!! anyone else expecting an appointment from clinics at Solihull you are in for a very long wait as they deny ever getting referrals from GP's.
