If you are going to Ealing's Urgent Care Centre with a child no matter what your emergency is then be prepared to wait at least 3 hours. Please don't use their toilets are they are very bad smelly and dirty. Water cups are all over the places where attracts more germs and bacteria. It would cost just £10 to purchase a cup holder so that patients waiting in the waiting area can't touch all the cups with germs on hands, or sneeze on the cups. Wires were hanging from the TV next to the door which was going through to the doctors. If a child stands on the chair then can easily pull a wire. I should have taken a picture, I know. Having a different counter called Urgent Care Centre doesn't improve your services, you need better management and quicker response times and better training to judge what is really an emergency. This hospital is simply not fit for practice, specially if you are taking a child to the so called Urgent Care Centre. In case you need to speak to me about the whole experience, I have been in your Urgent Care Centre with my 3 years old son who was vomiting constantly and who was waiting more than two and half hours to be seen just for 5 minutes. Arrived at 11:00, seen at 13:45, left at 13:50 (Disappointed)
