"Really impressed today"

My husband went for a procedure in the Cardiac Day Care Unit today, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From start to finish, the staff were kind, informed, happy to explain what was happening and what was going to happen, and they couldn't have been lovelier. It's always a nerve-wracking time, going into hospital, but they made it as good an experience as it could possibly be. Thank you to everyone involved in my husband's care.
