"Staff don't seem to listen or care about your..."

I have been seeing various doctors and nurses from this facility for almost a year now and I can honestly say that there hasn't been a single appointment where I haven't walked out of the facility feeling even worse about myself and my condition than I did when I walked in. Considering there was a period of about two months when I was on daily visits with doctors or nurses I find this to be appalling! My biggest issue is with my particular specialist, who I will not name because even I understand the importance of remaining professional, he has been my consultant since the beginning and yet he still refuses to acknowledge that to me the biggest concern isn't what I will do in my future but that I haven't gone a day in the last two years without hearing voices in my head. In fact it took me practically having a breakdown in his office for him to even admit that yes they were an important part of my illness after which he told me to come back in 3 months not even discussing this with me. To make matters worse the psychologist I was to be referred to still hasn't contacted me after 5 months ad my appointment with my consultant has been pushed back another 2 months making it 5 months before I see anyone again. I find myself at an all time low with no help or support even though I am meant to be in 'safe hands' now that my condition has been brought to the attention of professionals. To surmise, since beginning to use this facility almost a year ago it is of my opinion that my mental state hasn't improved at all instead to me it has appeared to get significantly worse. I now find that I have to pretend I am okay to my family just so that they don't make me go and visit the Lyndon Clinic again purely because I feel so unstable after visiting that I am scared of what I might do. I have found the staff to be very condescending and rude and my treatment is still leaving a lot to be required.
