From referral to diagnosis and ongoing care this is an excellent service. The support staff in terms of the medical secretaries are excellent - caring and responsive. The consultants and medical staff again are approachable and supportive and the service is supported by a specialist nurse. The telephone support is much appreciated and the promised 'return call' was made the same day.
