The reception and explanation of my condition was exemplary. I had no fears as a result. The consultant surgeon was most considerate and professional in every way as were the admin and nursing staff. The pre- operation and recovery phase was smooth and comfortable, bearing in mind the operation itself. Follow up consultation was equally as professional and considerate as can be. In passing the food was excellent.
