"The nursing staff were very pleasant ..."

About: Castle Hill Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The nursing staff were very pleasant and kind. They dealt with difficult patients in a caring manor. The level of care was superb. The food was very good and the portions were of good size. The bed linen were changed every day. Every new patient's bed had been scrubed down and remaid even if it had been made that morning. Overall, I would score the hospital 9/10

What could be improved

Better communication between hospitals. I am under Leeds LGI and we gave CHH all of my details yet 10 days later they still had not contacted LGI which may have assisted diagnosis

Anything else?

Longer visiting hours would help. Reduced or Free carparking charges for immediate family/next of kin
