It has proved impossible to make a simple booking at ENT. Process generally is.... - I phone and there is no answer and diverted to answer phone - I leave message and only get a reply to say call ENT - I phone and there is no answer and diverted to answer phone My GP referred me verbally so there is no document control, no reference and apparently no human beings to talk to in ENT to discuss options. Is it beyond the simple logic of offering a written booking service with allocated time that you either turn up for or manage a rearrangement?? Its no wonder the NHS admin/management is getting a bad name!
