Awful response time and cut off after put through to ward, given alternative no (01772528162) but always engaged - I was phoning regarding a lady in 2c ward who has had brain surgery and has remaining brain aneurisms and is not supposed to have stress Ward staff denied she is there admissions say she is what is going on Has she walked out, been discharged apparently not what has happened to her Maybe this will get a response?
