Having been admitted to Day Surgery for an angiogram I was treated quickly and very efficiently. Unfortunately after the procedure I had a few complications and had to be admitted overnight to Ward 24. The efficient and caring way in which I was treated was outstanding. Tiny things are so important when you are feeling so low and the smiles and unasked for care was wonderful. I cannot say any one person was better than any other on the ward, doctors, nurses, the people handing out food and drink and the cleaner were all equally part of the caring ethos of the ward. Thank you all so very much.
