had my operation date cancelled twice then was sent a new date which turned out to be incorrect. The ward nurse appeared to think it was my fault the dates were wrong going by her surly attitude. I would not expect such a chaotic booking system for something as simple as varicose veins. There also seems to be a problem with staff speaking English which did not really inspire any confidence at this hospital.When I first walked onto the ward awaiting a bed two nurses spoke amongst themselves in their own language.Dont recall ever hearing or seeing such rudeness from staff
