What I liked

i liked how the childrens ward treated my son they were fab he had a none blanching rash had to have blood test for meningitis etc they kept us informed every step of the way thank you xx

What could be improved

the first steps in a&e i appreciated they are very busy but when theres a possibility that your child has meningitis i think they should send you in immediatly and get the ball rolling from there not wait untill we were sent up to childrens ward.

Anything else?

I do appreciate the a&e staff and they did del with us accordingly but at the time it always feels like they are not intrested
