About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Having been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis just before x-mas 2013, I was unsure how my health would be in the near future. When my knee and ankle became very swollen, making it difficult to walk, I saw my GP who immediately referred me for physio.

To my very pleasant surprise, I received a call from TRAQS the next working day and within 3 days had a physio appointment.

I can’t thank everyone enough, as I imagined I would be waiting weeks to see someone.

Well done to everyone.
