"Referred to Eye infirmary by Optician"

I arrived at A & E Eye Infirmary @ 4.55pm told by receptionist that a nurse would see me within 15 mins and it could take up to four hours before I would be seen by a Doctor. Saw nurse within 5 minutes.Waiting time was explained 17 people before me. Nurse also explained and reassured me about my eye problem which reduced the distress I had. Nurses and doctors dealt with patients before me in such an efficient manner that i only waited one hour. The Doctor i saw fully explained my condition. He was very thorough in his examination and provided leaflet explaining in further detail the condition I have. I left at 6.05pm a very satisfied patient/customer. Thank you. Parking charges are a rip off!
