What I liked
I have been a patient at 'The Min' for 44 years, and the fact that, despite chronic ankylosing spondylitis, I finally retired at the age of 69 is in the largest part due to the personal, inspired and dedicated treatment that I have received at this hospital over the years and continue to receive. Being small and highly specialist it has a genuine teamwork ethic and all the staff are in friendly and constant contact, whatever their disciplines. This produces an holistic approach to each patient as an individual.
What could be improved
The historic hospital buildings are, in places, due for a facelift but, despite this, throughout it retains a friendly, efficient and welcoming atmosphere.
Anything else?
The treatment here is cutting edge despite the historic surroundings
