"For the surgeons to actually listen ..."

What could be improved

For the surgeons to actually listen to what is wrong with patients and not judge on looks, I had just given birth and was still in pain,

I have lost all faith in Lewisham hospitals staff.

Anything else?

I attended the general surgery department for a consultation - to be told I had nothing wrong with me only that I need to go to the gym and loose weight - I didnt have the choice to have any tests do to prove that it wasnt all in my head, Had to pay to see a private surgeon who found that I had 2 large Hernia's and that I needed a Hysterectomy......obviously it was all in my head
