This has happened twice now. Once to my self. I came in by ambulance after fall from a horse. Suspected head and neck injury. Credit to ambulance staff, amazing. I then went and had an x-Ray, no broken bones, great you can now go home......... Several months later I had a private MRI, it discovered and old prolapsed disc and an annular tear in ligament. Which I later found out over two years later after excessive physio, gym sessions, swimming, depression and endless pain. That if I had of had a CT scan all should have been revealed, when I was brought into A&E....... The second time. My uncle had an accident at work. Getting trapped by a heavy object against his back. Ambulance call and emobilsted, taken to A&E. X-Rayed and he was told all clear and can go home. Nearly a week later he comes back into A&E in excruciating pain. Rather scans show fractured vertibrea. How many more people has this or is going to happen to them?
"A&E/ x-Ray etc"
