"Missing coil"

About: Dewsbury & District Hospital

After been sent to a and e due to pain and the local health centre being unable to locate my coil (which was fitted 8days ago) I was told I needed to stay in overnight to have a scan the next morning. Woke up the next morning and nothing. I asked and asked. No one knew. Eventually got told they don't do ultrasound scans on weekends and I'd have to go on the waiting list and if I was lucky I'd be seen in 2 weeks. They also wrote on my note ps (at about 10 intervals) that I had no pain. No one even came and asked me. So I've been discharged and they've done nothing but waste my time. My coil is still missing and I'm still in pain. They offered to prescribe me some paracetamol and ibuprofen. Idiots! Very unhappy. I was left hungry, they lost notes, and I was told something different from everyone. If I develop and infection or my uterus is damaged they will be receiving a law suit from me. So angry and upset. And also very scared. I'm 26. My uterus is very much needed.
