"Car park problems"

I found Preston hospital a very we'll ran hospital and very clean. I main problem I found with the hospital is the parking. I had to visit the hospital for an oppointment with my farther in law who is wheelchair bound. Getting into the car park was not a problem but then when we tried to leave it them became a nightmare. The car park was rammed with cars pretty much parking were they pleased. I had to reverse out and there was cars parked behind me. As the car park is small anyway there wasn't enough room to get my car out. At this time two car park assistants came past and I asked them how I was suppose to get my car out when they allow parking behind vehicles? I was then given a clever attitude answer saying "it's worked for 25 years love". This really infuriated me as it's clearly needed updating. Then as I finally got out of the parking space, as I drove down the road it's was so jammed with traffic trying to get into the hospital that a emergency amberlance couldn't even get down the road. Worked for 25 years hummmm. I doubt that?
